Le quattro piazze depandance

The 'hotel' was hard to find. We eventually had to ask at a nearby restaurant. It's on the second floor of a building that looked like something from Eastern Europe before the wall came down. There was no one on site and no reception. Mario, wherever he was, sent a WhatsApp video showing how to locate the key and the room. Inside, there was a small kitchen and a room with a poor view. It was fairly clean, but we had to beg for fresh towels and toilet paper. The breakfast lady was very sweet, though breakfast itself was just crackers, coffee, and lemonade. The room's fairly near downtown, but getting back means a very steep walk. Way overpriced. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The room was clean and a decent size. Nothing else to say.

We were promised a gluten-free breakfast because my partner has celiac disease, but that wasn't provided. The rooms had no toilet paper or soap either. After several calls, those finally arrived hours later. They even asked for a different price than we had agreed on. Completely unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend it.

Ms. Anna, the housekeeper, was the best part of our stay. She made us feel at home straight away, and her service was fantastic. The coffee was excellent, and breakfast was very plentiful, though I'd change a few things about it. It seems a good combination if you like steep climbs. A nice place, but the inconveniences were a shame. Before we arrived, the owner hadn't confirmed our €235.00 reservation through Booking.com, so the site canceled it. Once the owner noticed, they immediately tried to hold the room at a different rate, €250.00. The issue wasn't the increase itself. We still don't know if the original cancellation was intentional.
