Maison Nonna Anna

At Maison Nonna, Stefania made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived in Sorrento, even though my partner and I got in late from Naples. She was accommodating, communicated smoothly, and gave us a warm greeting and a nice tour of the apartment. Check-out was just as easy, with clear directions to the train station and a lovely send-off. We found the place stylish, beautiful, and well cared for. The bathroom tiling was gorgeous, and the air conditioning worked great, which we appreciated as Americans who like it cold. Markets and restaurants were an easy walk away, and we had the stovetop and all the dishes we needed. We’d gladly stay again and recommend it.

The shower worked well, and the refrigerator and air conditioner both got nice and cold. The room was comfortable, and it was easy to reach the main square or at least find a taxi. We stayed in the standard room, which was modern and clean, and everything matched the listing. There was a check-in time mix-up because I booked through a credit card reward service, but that was my fault. It did lead us to a fantastic restaurant down the hill. One small thing for summer: bring a blanket. The bed only had a top sheet, which makes sense in the heat unless you’re sharing with someone who wants the room quite cold. If I come back to Sorrento, I’d book here again without looking elsewhere.

The whole team was easygoing and welcoming, and they helped us find good places around town. They seemed to have contacts for all kinds of activities. Serena, Renata and Marianna gave great service, and the accommodation is in a central location. Our room was very clean and roomy enough, with a comfortable bed and a very clean, modern bathroom. If you can, ask for a room with a balcony, they’ll reserve one if it’s available. Thanks again, and see you soon in Sorrento!

The owner Serena was so friendly and helpful, and made us feel at home. Everything was really clean. It’s close to the center, but quiet enough to sleep without noise around. She also helped us rent a scooter and find the cheapest way to park the car. I really recommend this place. Thank you for everything, Serena! Bacio.
