They canceled our reservation just hours before check-in, at the very last minute, even though they knew my family had already arrived in Sorrento. We got no advance notice, explanation, or alternative. We had to scramble to find somewhere else to stay on arrival day, which caused a lot of trouble. I’d also tried several times to contact them in the more than two weeks before the trip, but got no reply after making the reservation. Very disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend them based on this.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home. They were warm, helpful with every request, and easy to reach on WhatsApp. The apartment is right by Piazza Tasso, with shops, restaurants, transit, and the port nearby, yet it stays very quiet thanks to the good fixtures. Inside, everything was spotless and carefully put together. The rooms are bright and spacious, the kitchen has everything, and the living room feels welcoming. The bathroom was immaculate, with a roomy, comfortable shower. A great choice for comfort and style while exploring Sorrento. If we’re back on the Amalfi Coast, we’d stay here again.

We only stayed one night, Saturday, August 10, 2024, but had such a good time. The room felt modern and inviting, with all the little comforts covered. I especially liked that the hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo came in full-size bottles like at home, rather than the usual hotel sachets. There was a fridge too. It’s about five minutes from the sea and around fifteen minutes from Sorrento center by car. Thanks for looking after us. We’ll be back 😅😉💪🏻🔝

Really comfortable, modern place in a good spot, and the staff were friendly. Just be aware the elevator is very narrow, so a stroller won’t fit.
