The pool was good, with an excellent view over Sorrento and the water. Service was great, breakfast was fine, and the room’s air conditioning was strong. Walking back from town with luggage in the summer heat can be rough, though it’s doable a couple of times a day. The place feels dated and a little rundown, but it’s good for the price. You might want to bring your own towel, since theirs are paper thin.

The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful, and the views over the whole area were lovely. It’s quietly set away from the main town, but still an easy walk to lots of places. There are swimming pools, though breakfast was just meh. The rooms are basic but did the job. Remember it’s a three-star hotel, so the rooms aren’t luxurious, but they were clean and we were comfortable. I’d come back.

I had a balcony room looking out over Sorrento, and the view was phenomenal for the price, better than some of the five-star places in town. The hotel is away from the main square’s bustle, but still an easy, comfortable walk away. My room was cleaned every day without fail, and the front-desk staff were wonderful. The rooms are definitely older, so don’t expect luxury. For views, atmosphere, and service, though, this place is it.

Every room has a spectacular view of the Bay of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius, since the hotel sits on the mountainside. We loved the old-world charm, the beautiful floors throughout, including in the bedroom, and how extremely clean everything was. The large bed was firm, but perfect for my back after all the walking we did, and we slept well. Everyone on staff was amazing, especially Christian and Serena. Breakfast in the dining room was delicious, and so were the different coffees on offer.
