I arrived to find there was no room available, even though I'd booked and paid in full more than a month beforehand. The owner tried to put the blame on a third party and didn't offer a suitable alternative. I strongly advise against booking with Villa Donna Elisa Sorrento. It seemed clear to me that the villa overbooks and gives priority to guests paying more, which makes the process feel unfair and unpredictable. That lack of transparency and professionalism can leave guests facing major inconvenience and unexpected costs.

The back garden was a lovely place to sit with a glass of wine as the sun went down. It's a spacious property with a big garden, and the host deserves thanks.

We stayed in this lovely villa in september and had an even better time than we'd expected. The owner was always kind and quick to answer any questions. The bedrooms were spotless, and the living areas were roomy and clean. It was such a good stay, and hopefully we'll see mrs Elisa again next year!

We had a few very relaxing days with Signora Elisa and felt right at home. The garden is beautiful, and our room was spacious, clean and well looked after. The location is fantastic, in the heart of Sorrento, right above the sea.
