This is a lovely place to unwind and recharge, in a historic building where you can sense the town’s past in the quiet walls and old floors. There are embroidered sheets and soft, fragrant towels. Luisa’s sweetness makes you feel looked after, and she’s always ready with ideas for places to visit, shop and eat. Fruit and pastries are plentiful. If you want to feel at home without any fuss, this is the place.

Luisa and her son Daniele were attentive to everything we needed during our ten days there. They welcomed my family kindly and made us feel at home. The B&B was very clean and well cared for. Breakfast each morning came with fresh fruit and lovely homemade treats, including tarts, tiramisu and traditional Sardinian pastries. We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation, and I’d highly recommend it.

The homemade cake and jam at breakfast were delicious, and Luisa gave me a jar of jam when we left. We were also offered fresh fruit from her garden. The owners were kind, attentive to the details and made us comfortable. The building dates to the 19th century and has been renovated while keeping its period features. We stayed two nights and really enjoyed it. It’s a good base for exploring the surrounding area, with Stintino, Castelsardo, the island of Asinara and other lovely places just a few kilometers away. We’ll definitely return.

Sorso has good bus and train service, and the B&B La Bicocca is also near the seaside, which makes it a good choice for families. The rooms were quiet and very clean. Mrs. Luisa, her husband and their son Daniele made me feel right at home, and Luisa pays close attention to what guests need. Breakfast changes to suit their preferences. If I come back to the area, this will be my place. I recommend it if you’re in Sorso.
