Our stay is booked for next April, so I can't comment yet on the rooms or location. The reviews I've seen are mostly amazing, and we wanted somewhere with lovely gardens near the beach, which this seems to be. I can already say that Max has been an excellent host during the booking process. He went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly, along with Paolo, his friend from Bella Marina Resort who referred me. I'm looking forward to Villa Di L’Abbiu, relaxing, practicing my Italian, and experiencing Italian culture, food, and history on a countryside and beach getaway.

We got to the hotel on Sunday afternoon with our little baby, hoping to get some rest because the reviews seemed good. The first room they offered was in the basement, old and not very clean, and it had no TV. Music coming through a small high window was disturbing us, so we asked for a quieter room and were moved to another double room farther away. But there was a party with a DJ that afternoon, and the bad music kept getting louder. Our baby couldn't sleep, so we politely asked the manager to cancel the reservation and asked BOOKING to help us find another place. The manager agreed and understood, but after we left, never accepted our request for a refund. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and I definitely wouldn't trust the manager or the reviews.

The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, and the family atmosphere made us feel at home. We spent a lovely week in Sorso at this welcoming property, surrounded by greenery. The spaces are thoughtfully designed, and it's a great place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended if you're looking for peace and genuine hospitality.

Max and Gavina made us feel at home from the start. They're welcoming, attentive, kind, available, and always in good spirits. The place is pleasant, clean, and kept in great condition. We left feeling so grateful and already wanting to come back soon. Thank you both, you're wonderful people, and meeting you made the experience unforgettable! ❤️

The pool was incredible, and the guesthouse was spotless. Breakfast each morning really added to our stay, and the whole place felt warm and welcoming. We spent five nights with Max and Gavina, and their kindness, respect, and attentiveness made us feel more like friends or family than guests. We were comfortable and relaxed around such lovely people. They made our vacation unforgettable. It truly wouldn't have been the same without meeting them. If we'd known earlier, we'd have stayed there for the full two weeks. Thanks again to them both for such memorable hospitality. ❤️
