We only stayed one night, and all six of us had the whole apartment. The owner greeted us so kindly and was very helpful. There was everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen for breakfast. It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood where you can leave your car on the property, just a short walk from Spello’s historic center. We’d definitely recommend it.

Luciano really made our time in Spello easier, sharing useful information and suggestions and going out of his way to help. Casa Berti is also in a great spot, just a two-minute walk from the town entrance. It’s clean and practical, with lots of everyday supplies: linens, toiletries, a hairdryer, toaster, mini oven, coffee maker, and more. There’s everything you need to make either a savory or sweet breakfast. Thanks, Luciano.

Luciano was a wonderful host, full of useful advice on what to see and where to eat traditional food at reasonable prices. We only spent one night at Casa Berti with our family, but I felt completely at home. The garden is lovely, there’s parking, and the place sleeps up to seven comfortably. We were five. It’s spotless, with a well-equipped kitchen, a generous breakfast, two bathrooms, three bedrooms, and a large, welcoming living room. A great choice for a short visit or a longer stay in Spello.

The owner was so courteous and helpful, and the house was very spacious and practical, with all the comforts and two bathrooms. We stayed one night. It was impeccably clean, just steps from the town center, and had parking on site. Highly recommended ✌

Mr. Luciano was so friendly and made me feel right at home. The breakfast was wonderful, with fruit picked fresh from his garden and tasty homemade cheeses. My room and bathroom were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The location is excellent, only a few meters from the walls of picturesque Spello.
