We arrived late in the afternoon and didn’t know the area, so Elio kindly made sure we had a dinner reservation at a local restaurant. The meal was delicious. He’s a friendly, knowledgeable host. Our room was clean and spacious, with quaint decor and surroundings. It’s a great base for exploring Spello.

Iole and Elio are wonderful owners, so helpful and kind. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. The place is close to Spello’s historic center. Highly recommended.

The hosts at this family-run B&B were welcoming and hospitable, and the setting was peaceful and quiet. Everything was impeccably clean, down to the crisp, fresh-smelling linens. Breakfast is light, but savory options were available when I asked, which I appreciated. It’s an easy short walk to the town center, and there’s parking beside the B&B.

You’ll find a spectacular family here who make you feel right at home. It’s much more than just a bed and breakfast.

The location is ideal for exploring this beautiful region, Umbria, and especially convenient for motorcyclists. Ale and Luca. We spent a wonderful week here. Mrs. Iole and her husband, Elvio, are fantastic hosts who made us feel completely at home. I highly recommend staying here.
