For the price, this little residence gave us a very nice stay. It's not luxury, which is why I wouldn't give it five stars, but it has everything you need. The owner was great, the place was very clean, and there's on-site parking. Each unit has a nice little outdoor space with a smart table, chairs, and a couch. There’s also a washing machine and an iron and ironing board in a shared area by the pool. It's peaceful, near farmland, and you can look up and see Spello. The town is probably an eight-minute drive away. It was a great stop for a couple of nights, and we could easily have stayed longer.

We only wish we'd stayed longer. The landscape was beautiful, the location was perfect, and there was a pool. The owner was extremely nice and helpful.

We were warmly welcomed, had good food, and found the accommodation comfortable and warm. Jane, Mark, and Amanda also gave us a history lesson for free. We're from the UK.

We were a group of five and stayed in two apartments, both supplied with what we needed, including kitchen gear, a coffee and tea maker, and towels. The heating worked very well, too, which we appreciated. On-site parking was a real convenience. The residence is lovely, with a family feel from the moment you arrive, and the surrounding nature is so quiet. It's about 1 km from Spello, close enough to reach easily while still feeling peaceful. The owner was kind and always available. We had such a good time that seeing the pool made us want to come back in summer. Highly recommended.
