Aurora Hotel & Suites Sul Mare - Adults Only

A quick thank you to the two men who helped us rent an umbrella through the hotel and showed us where to sit and shower. I think one was a lifeguard and the other worked at the hotel. We had our toddler with us and didn’t want to walk far for an umbrella, and they kindly explained what to do. We weren’t hotel guests, but they still went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Thank you 🙏 I’d tried to book here for our stay but it was full, so we’ll definitely try again on a future visit.

The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety, and we’ll be back. Hotel Aurora is family-run, and everyone was professional, courteous, and helpful. Having a beach reserved for hotel guests made it easy to relax and enjoy a real vacation away from the daily crowds. We returned to Sperlonga after a few years and stayed at the same hotel again. It’s a beautiful, quiet place for quality tourism. The atmosphere and crystal-clear sea are much better than many options in other locations.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel has a great pool above reception that guests can use for free. There’s a free shuttle to the beach, which is less than a 10-minute walk away. The hotel has its own beds and umbrellas on a private stretch of beach, but using them costs €25 per person. Our room was in the attic, with low clearance on one side. Anyone over 5' tall might have trouble using the facilities without bumping their head once or twice. I’d recommend the hotel.
