The host was lovely and spoke English, which was a bonus for us. From the patio, the views are beautiful, and it's a very short walk to the beach and restaurants. We also really enjoyed the pool. My one suggestion would be to improve the apartment's furnishings. That would bring it up a level, since it currently falls just short of five-star luxury.

The apartments were very clean and well organized, and the kids had a great time in the pool. The location worked perfectly for the old town and the beach. We stayed three nights, and the experience was wonderful, even better than expected. We can't wait to return.

Giulio was kind and courteous, and we had a positive experience. The setting is beautiful, between the old town and the different beaches. It may be a little hard to reach without a car if you're bringing a stroller. The location is still being finalized and will be ready next year.

The location is fantastic, with lovely, deep pool and beautiful, convenient access to the sea, and I'd definitely come back. That alone would earn five stars from me. The apartment's interiors don't quite match the price, though, and the biggest drawback was the almost nonexistent hot water. I'd read about that in other reviews but overlooked it.

We spent five days here and never had to move the car. The residence is in Sperlonga's historic center, with parking onsite, a pool, and both the public beach and beach clubs very close by. The view is enchanting, and the owners are very kind. We really enjoyed our stay. Excellent.
