The room had a wardrobe, a desk, and, most importantly, air conditioning. It was clean, and the bright private bathroom worked perfectly. The manager was so helpful, friendly, and courteous. A great B&B.

Lucio really makes the stay: he's welcoming, kind, and ready to help. The new property is tidy and clean, with a lovely terrace and shared area. My one gripe is there's nowhere to get a coffee inside 😃, though there's a bar nearby. I'd definitely recommend a visit to Spilamberto and a stay here.

Elisabetta is incredibly kind and makes you feel right at home. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars. The B&B is small and right in the center of Spilamberto, so you can walk everywhere, and there's a huge free parking lot just across from it. A little tweaking would help, though. There were spiders in both the room and bathroom. They seemed to fit the place, but anyone who's afraid of them would be screaming their head off.

The bed wasn't comfortable, and I had to use a bathroom on another floor. The owner also didn't take a picture of my ID.

Lucio is very easygoing and always available, and the room and bathroom were clean. The location works well if you're travelling between Bologna and Reggio Emilia. The only drawback was that the bathroom wasn't in the room. Otherwise, excellent.
