Agriturismo L'Ulivo

The pool is a lovely place to unwind, reached by a short path through the greenery. The little house is about a ten-minute drive from Spoleto, and it stays cooler than the city in summer even without air conditioning.

The pool was quite a distance from the house, so getting there wasn't convenient. Outside, the spaces didn't seem well cared for. Indoors things looked tidy at first, but the bed was uncomfortable and sagged easily, perhaps because the base and mattress are a bit old. There were also lots of midges in the bathroom, probably coming from the drains.

Mrs. Anita was kind and very helpful, and the apartment was clean, cute, and clearly well looked after. It's a beautiful spot surrounded by greenery. The pool is on the small side, though the view from it is breathtaking. A lovely choice for a relaxing weekend.

The location near Spoleto is lovely, with nature all around, and the apartment itself was clean. But the furnishings and beds were old and uncomfortable, the blankets were old and dirty, and the pillows weren't comfortable either. We kept finding earthworms or worms in the bedroom and bathroom, and I even found one in my shoe after putting my foot in it. The shower felt old-fashioned, with a curtain, and there was no hair dryer. There was no breakfast or Wi-Fi in 2022!!!! Mrs. Anita was very strict, grumpy, and rude, and not available when we needed her. I've never had a stay like this. Avoid L'Ulivo!! Ciao Ilaria
