The owners' hospitality really made our stop. We came across the agriturismo after seeing its great Google reviews, and I agree with them completely. Although we hadn't booked, they welcomed us so warmly. We shared a mixed antipasto and homemade pasta for the first course, both outstanding. Thanks for all the tips on places to see. Everyone was cheerful and ready to help with whatever we needed, and the food and service were excellent. This family-run place made us feel at ease while celebrating our mother's eightieth birthday. A special mention to the young chef, the owners' son. The whole team was professional, friendly, and welcoming.

The hosts were so kind and happy to answer our questions, and they even bought products that the farm makes available to guests. Dinner was excellent, made with ingredients from the property, which grows produce and raises livestock. It's a peaceful spot with an excellent breakfast of homemade items, and the main attractions are close by.

The owners were very kind and helpful, though one woman was left handling the whole property, from breakfast and dinner to check-in and checkout. On August 15, the pool filled up with lunch guests, including a herd of kids playing noisily and sometimes dangerously, so we couldn't use it. The place has so much potential, but it isn't managed as well as it could be. It's a lovely, carefully renovated farmhouse near Spoleto, surrounded by greenery. The rooms are spacious and clean, it's family-run, and the prices are more than fair. The saltwater pool is wonderful, and the food is excellent. Still, our room's disabled bathroom was inconvenient, and breakfast was genuinely meager: just three similar cakes and plums.
