The people working there are friendly and outgoing, and I really enjoyed staying in this nice, quiet place. Breakfast is basic, but good.

Nothing fancy, just a regular hotel. Recommended.

The room price was good, and the owner was very friendly. Breakfast was average, and we had dinner for 20 euros per person, which was not much. If all you need is somewhere to stay with a bathroom and you aren't after anything fancy, this place fits.

Getting here by car is easy, and the hotel has a great location in Spoleto's historic center, though outside the city center. The rooms are spacious, some without balconies, and everything was impeccably clean, including the shared areas. The owners were welcoming and happy to answer questions or handle special menu requests. Breakfast has both sweet and savory choices, with menu options for lunch and dinner. There's also a swimming pool for guests.

The owners were very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean, with a retro feel. Breakfast is generous, the pool is nice, and there's free parking in front of the hotel.
