L'Eliantemo

Mattia takes loving care of the property, and everything was very well maintained. The whole place, from the landscape and surroundings to the property itself, is stunning, like something from a movie. We stayed for several days, the pool was well kept, and the experience felt like a dream. It has everything you need and is perfect for large groups. I can highly recommend it.

Mattia was a great host, helpful and always around if we needed anything. The beds were very comfy and the pool was clean and beautiful. The villa and grounds are stunning in person, far more impressive than the photos. We had a fantastic time, and the service was excellent.

The kitchen had plenty of room for all our groceries, and even with 18 of us between the house and the cabin beside it, we could all gather comfortably for meals and family time. I stayed in the North bedroom, which was spacious for our week, and having a bathroom of our own was a real help. Most days I sat on the patio with coffee and got some work done. The view over town and the rolling hills dotted with olive trees is incredible, and we enjoyed the pool on hot days. The property is beautiful, and Mattia made us feel welcome and answered all our questions. We had a great stay, and found the place accommodating and lovely.

We spent a month here for a yoga teacher training retreat, and the setting worked perfectly. There’s plenty of space to rest, eat, or work, and everyone made us feel welcome and well looked after. It felt like home, only better. L'Eliantemo is peaceful, beautifully kept, clean, and rustic. It’s one of the most authentic and beautiful places I’ve stayed in a long time. A simple, natural hidden gem in Umbria, and I’d highly recommend it for a getaway or for running a retreat or training.
