From up high near Squillace, you get lovely views over the coast. The house is huge, and our room was spacious and warm when we arrived soaked from the rain. There was a big radiator, handy for drying our clothes. It can be a little hard to find, so you might have to call the owner, who was friendly and helpful. You can cook in the kitchen, or walk a few minutes to a friendly little bar where things were incredibly cheap. There's covered parking too if you're driving.
