The wellness area was spotless and inviting, and breakfast was fresh and plentiful. We found the mountain views breathtaking and the atmosphere peaceful, with modern, comfortable rooms. The staff were warm and attentive and made us feel at home. A perfect base for enjoying nature and exploring the Dolomites.

We had a camper spot for €20 a night, so I can only speak to the camper platz. The bathrooms were new and very clean, with the best showers. Pool and sauna access cost €5 per person. They didn't set a checkout time for us, so we could take our time, have coffee on the terrace with its great view, and then decided to stay another night. That was a smart choice on their part, less stress for us and more money spent! We had a great time. Thanks for having us.

The ski bus stops right outside, and in ten minutes you're at the slopes. The ski area has runs of different difficulty, with some very steep sections because of the high altitude. We had a family room with a great view of the mountains and ski area. It worked fine with younger kids, though teenagers might find it a bit small or want more privacy. The hotel crew were so friendly, and we had half board. Breakfast and dinner felt like a little party every day, especially with local wine and beer. I'm already looking forward to coming back. Still missing that view......

We got there around 7 pm after reaching Ortler summit, and the pool and sauna were already closed. Still, the lovely guy let us in for a quick chance to recover, which we really appreciated. It's an excellent hotel with a friendly atmosphere and beautiful views. Definitely recommend it.

The staff were extremely friendly, and the food was really good, especially the pizza, steak and tagliatelle. We came every day that week for the food and atmosphere.
