The house has clearly been renovated fairly recently, and everything inside feels arranged with care and love. Ettore is a great host who enjoys a chat and is happy to recommend whatever you ask about. I strongly recommend staying here.

A nice breakfast and a clean, pleasant room with a big bathroom. There's a small kitchen and a shared fridge, plus parking right in front of the property. The supermarket is five minutes away, and the center of Stintino is about a ten-minute walk.

Ettore was attentive and very helpful with my needs, including my food allergies. He also suggested typical places to eat, the best beaches, and ways to get around. The location is convenient: about a ten-minute walk from the center of Stintino, four minutes by car from "La Pelosa" beach, and close to bus stops. The house feels welcoming, with bright, spacious rooms that have a lovely seaside atmosphere. My bedroom had a fan and a large window that let in lots of light. The bathroom was spotless, with towels and single-use shower gel provided. Highly recommended.

Silvia even helped me arrange a lovely birthday surprise, which made my stay at B&B Il Ginepro especially memorable. She was wonderful, and the property is beautiful and close to both the town center and the port. Breakfast was delicious, and she was so helpful with dinner suggestions and other things to do. I highly recommend it. If I come back to Stintino, I'd definitely try to stay here again.

The host was friendly and gave us a useful suggestion for a less-known beach, but the stay was far too expensive for what we got. We'd put it closer to €70 a night. At first, the room seemed clean and was comfortably furnished, and the breakfast room was quite pleasant. But the bed was uncomfortable, with every spring noticeable, and there was mold in the shower. There was no air conditioning, and the nights were very hot. The neighborhood was noisy, with barking dogs, motorcycles, and people, and the house had very poor soundproofing. The host lives right next door. During our stay, he showered and dried his hair at 2:00 a.m., and we were often woken by running noises in the accommodation at night. Breakfast was disappointing too: the cappuccino was very tasty, but the pastries were packaged or stale. What a shame.
