Antonio welcomed us and was always kind and available for questions. The location is handy for getting to lots of beautiful beaches, and the apartment was clean, just like the photos, well cooled by the dual-split AC, and well soundproofed. The sofa bed in the living room was quite worn and hard to open. Cooking was a big problem. The microwave didn’t work, and the two pots and pans supplied weren’t suitable for the induction hob, so making coffee was about all we could do. There was one adapter plate, and it was broken, handleless, and small enough only for a moka pot. For an apartment meant for four people, that’s a major omission. There’s also no safe, even though the apartments have no security door or shutters and can be reached from outside. I stayed for a week in August.

Staff were helpful and very friendly, and the price was excellent. The studio itself was modern, beautiful, and very clean, with markets, trattorias, restaurants, and pastry shops close by. The area’s best beaches are all within about 20 minutes. It faces the highway, but the soundproof windows kept the traffic noise out. The apartment faced east and the sun came in directly in the morning, making it very hot, and the curtains didn’t darken the room much. The weather wasn’t very cold. We would have appreciated having at least some salt and oil.

The team were efficient, helpful, and friendly, and I have to compliment the residence’s excellent organization and management. The bar staff were just as friendly and helpful. We spent two weeks there in July and had a great time in the comfortable studio, where the air conditioning was a real help on the hottest days. It’s convenient for beaches, about a 10-minute drive from Stintino and half an hour from Alghero and the beaches around it. Across the road there’s a biscuit factory, a restaurant, and a pizzeria, with a mini market nearby.

The owner was friendly and helpful, and we had a great four-night stay. Our studio was spacious, with a modern kitchen and a large bathroom. The complex is conveniently placed about 15 minutes from Stintino, and it’s easy to reach Sassari and Alghero. There’s a car park just in front, plus a minimarket, two really good pastry shops, and a pharmacy nearby. For anyone planning to cook, it would help to have some kitchen basics in the apartment, like dishcloths, paper towels, salt, oil, and sugar. Having to buy those for just a few days is inconvenient, especially if you’re flying and can’t bring them from home.
