We spent a week here on holiday with friends. The houses were lovely and comfortable, and Stintino is close by, about five minutes by car or by bus, which comes every hour. The receptionist was really nice, and the rest of the staff were kind too. The one small drawback is that it isn't very modern. Some parts of the house could use a little work to make them more functional.
A few things to keep in mind: the villas have neither air conditioning nor fans. WiFi is only available at reception, and there isn't a beach within walking distance. You'll definitely need a car. There are lots of really nice beaches within a 15-minute drive, and we enjoyed the clean, well-maintained pool shared between our house and the neighbour's. Our kids loved it. The village has very few restaurants, and I wouldn't recommend any of them. Drive to Stintino to eat. There's just a small, very expensive tourist supermarket in the village, so go to Stintino for groceries too. The villas are worn and could use an upgrade, especially the bathrooms. If you're young and looking to party, this isn't the place for you. I recommend renting a boat in Stintino for a day out on the crystal-clear water. The staff are nice and helpful, though their English is limited, which led to a few misunderstandings. Sea Villas was more basic than I expected or hoped, but we still had a good vacation in the end.
