The room was spacious, with very good facilities, and I couldn't have asked for more. Our host was lovely and helpful. The location is handy too, a 12-15 minute walk from the train station and about 100 m from the ferry terminal. I'll definitely come back.

The room was spacious and clean, with good air conditioning and a convenient bathroom. We were only there for one night, which was a shame because we had a great stay. The location is excellent, right in the center and just a few steps from the lakefront and pier. It can get a little noisy outside, especially early in the morning. If I'm in Stresa again, I'll definitely return.

For a one-night stop in Stresa, this is okay. The room was clean and the city-centre location is great, but there isn't much charm, and the morning noise is considerable.

The rooms and bathroom were comfortable and clean, and there's a kettle and mini-fridge. There are no herbal teas, and breakfast isn't served. The historic centre location is superb, just steps from the pier and lakefront. A good fit for a short stay.

We found public parking about a five-minute walk away, either free or paid. The paid option was only €15 for a full 24 hours, which seemed reasonable to me for a tourist spot like Stresa. The guesthouse is right in the centre and close to the pier for boats to the Borromean Islands. Our room was beautiful and spacious, and the bathroom was too. Everything was clean, with handy wall dispensers for sink and shower soap. There was also a TV, hairdryer, extra pillows and blankets in the closet, a kettle for herbal teas, and a bathroom heater. I highly recommend it for its location and good quality for the price.
