The location is good, near the water and the dock for the Borromeean islands, and the apartment is a reasonable size with its own parking space. Still, it was disappointing: the photos make it look much better than it is. There was no bidet, despite the listing saying there would be one. The fridge and freezer wouldn't close properly, and we were given only one key. You need a key to get out of the property, which made that a problem. The kitchen also needed better hygiene, with a dirty oven, dishes, and utensils. Guests may be responsible for washing dishes, but the property administrator should check them. Wi-Fi, a properly working fridge, and a dishwasher would be useful improvements.

The view was lovely, but it couldn't make up for the problems with this apartment. There was no water for washing or doing the dishes, and it lacked equipment, even a toaster. Sound and heat insulation were poor. The electrical system seemed old and kept cutting out, and resetting the breaker meant going out into the street. Since an agency managing hundreds of apartments was in charge, there was no dedicated contact person available. It was a very bad customer experience.
