Casa da Suite Duchessa

The flat is roomy and reasonably close to both the lake and the center, but the pictures online looked nicer than the place did in person. The pretty glass table was under an ugly plastic cloth, and the administration never answered when we asked if we could take it off. The kitchen sink was old, with the lower section exposed and looking awful. There were only thin white sheets, so in colder weather you’d need the wool blankets from the cupboard. Cleaning was poor. The shower still had mold, the cooker was extremely dirty, and after we complained the cleaner came the next day but missed the oven. We also had no kitchen light for three nights. Maintenance couldn’t fix it while we were there. When we asked for a refund, neither check-in nor administration took responsibility. The request was eventually passed to the manager, who never replied.
