The breakfast was very basic and left us disappointed. We had booked a room at the affiliated hotel, but it had already been given to someone else, so we were put in a dirty, moldy room that smelled bad. We meant to stay two nights, but after that first night there was no way we wanted to stay longer, especially at those prices when we expected a decent room. When I called, the manager started yelling at me. Once he became rude, that was enough. Save your money and holiday and find somewhere better.

The replacement hotel was actually in a better spot, though it was farther from the station, and it wasn't bad. The problem is that I booked a room in the morning, then got a message only half an hour later saying the hotel was closed and I had been moved elsewhere. I missed the email and arrived to find an empty hotel. Why was the booking still open?

We had a clean, comfortable family room, and the price felt like amazing value for the season and such a central location. The balconies are nicely decorated, too. Breakfast was simple but good. Don't come expecting luxury, but I'd definitely recommend it for the value.

Our room was basically an apartment, with a kitchen, laundry room and the other facilities that come with one. It fit all four of us, and the included continental breakfast was very good. Being so close to the square made this hotel just what we wanted.

My three-day tour of laggo maggiore was ruined. I'd booked a mountain bike through the hotel, but the only one available when I arrived wasn't working. The other bikes on display were electric, and those had to be returned to the hotel every night. Really unfortunate.
