For a short visit to Stresa, this apartment hotel is in a nice spot. The rooms were very clean and well equipped, and the owner Francesca gave us a lovely, warm welcome.

We had a comfortable, quiet stay in this clean, well-equipped apartment, and the location was great too.

She was rude and aggressive, and I've never been treated like that before. A horrible host and the worst experience ever.

It's a nice place to stay, and I'd still recommend it, even though it isn't perfect.

10/10
There was even a small private outdoor area, and the apartment was full of light, colorful, and well equipped. Francesca, the owner, was friendly, kind, and helpful. I especially liked that each guest had towels in a different color. We'll definitely be back.
