The pastries are decent, but the coffee shop has been really bad on all four of my visits. Other friends have said the same, which is a shame since the place has so much potential and plenty of parking. I haven’t tried the hotel, so I can’t comment on it.

The breakfast, included in the price, is served at the bar. The room was spacious and clean, though the large bathroom had no window and only a fan. It’s a good B&B and pastry shop just a few metres from the centre of Subiaco, and good value overall.
