The room we had, Dependence Terrace, wouldn't be my pick because its wooden ceiling carried sounds from the apartment above. The restaurant is run separately from the hotel; most of our meals were fine, though the quality wasn't consistent. Still, the setting is hard to beat. The hotel sits right by Lake Iseo, across from the island, and the view alone makes it worth a visit. Having the lake behind you while relaxing by the pool or in the little hotel garden is a real treat. That view, wow!

We spent a week here and loved it. The location is breathtaking, especially from the third-floor room with the corner balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. We'd definitely come back.

The breakfast, rooms, location, and staff all made this a wonderful stay. Everyone was friendly and ready to help, and I found very little to fault. Definitely deserving of five stars.

The staff made the night special. I had a hard time parking, and everyone eagerly pitched in to get my car into the garage. Later I slipped and hurt my shoulder, and the hotel owner, who had parked my car himself, kindly offered whatever help he could. The hotel is beautiful, the location is lovely, and the room was great, but the people really stood out. I'd give it 10 stars out of 5 if I could. Thank you.

We'd stayed here the year before, so they still had my passport details from that trip. On arrival, we realized we'd left our passports and a fairly expensive watch at our previous accommodation in idro, about 1 hour 20 minutes away. The hotel staff contacted the people there and arranged for everything to be sent by DHL the next day. That was above and beyond. We stayed three nights a few days ago in June and were able to check in at 1 pm because our room was ready. The staff are all amazing, and this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Thanks so much to all of you.
