B&B Don Alessandro

Sightseeing was easy from this spot, and coming back to such a lovely pool and a clean, beautiful room made it even better. The house is magnificent, decorated with real taste and a smart blend of old and modern pieces. Alessandro was charming and full of helpful advice. La dolce vita.

A peaceful little place in a village in the province of Lecce, with greenery all around and a really calming feel. The hosts, including the owner, were wonderful and ready to help with whatever guests needed. There’s a relaxing shared area and a pool, too. The rooms have an old-world character, with paintings and engraved stones, and the comfortable bed and homely atmosphere made it easy to settle in. Breakfast suited the intimate feel of the stay, with fresh, very good sweet and savory choices. Couples looking for quiet will love it, and it works for families as well. A lovely escape from the city.

We came away with a real sense of Puglia after three nights at Alessandro's. The place is ideal if you want a quiet stay with Italian charm, and Alessandro's warm, kind welcome made us feel at ease. He even helped us sort out payment of a parking ticket. Thanks, Alessandro!

The garden was a highlight, full of flowers and fruit trees, and Alessandro's house is just as lovely, with tasteful decor. He was so kind while still giving us space. A truly delightful stay. Thank you, Alessandro!
