Nuncio was quick to respond and let us check in early when we asked. The apartment is well located in Sutri and very well equipped. We could easily cook two dinners there, thanks to the nice kitchen, full-size fridge, four-burner gas stove, pod coffee machine, kettle, microwave, and a good range of cookware, utensils, cutlery, dishes, cups, and glasses. After a long, hot day on the Via Francigena, it was great to find the fridge stocked with cold water, juice, yogurt, and milk. The queen bed was comfortable, with excellent pillows and extras, and the bedroom was spacious, with a small wardrobe. There's also a second bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom had a good shower, strong water pressure, and plenty of hot water. A washing machine sits in an alcove at the back of the bathroom, and there was a laundry pod for washing our hiking clothes. Outlets beside the bed made it easy to charge devices, and the WiFi worked very well. There's no air conditioning, but it didn't cause us any trouble. Closing the shutters in the daytime kept the rooms cooler than outside, and opening windows on the north and south sides at night gave us good airflow. At €61 a night, it was excellent value. Definitely recommended.
