We like this place enough to return every year, and the ski slopes are maintained really well. The main draw is the location: step outside, put on your skis, and go. The lifts are right there. The price is also very good for a ski-in, ski-out hotel. It's an older three-star hotel, so don't expect the modern extras you might find at other resorts, where prices are much higher and it can get crowded. Here the room is basic and a bit smelly, though clean, and there’s no soundproofing. The food is simple but tastes good. The parking lot is muddy but free, and the staff are friendly, if a little awkward. Sure, nicer rooms, better food, a paved parking lot, and a pool would be welcome, but they’d push the price up. It might also draw people who spend the day doing everything except skiing. I hope the resort keeps its humble feel even if it gets renovated.

I visited the pizzeria at the hotel last Thursday, March 6, 2025. This review is about the restaurant, which is mainly for skiers, rather than the hotel itself. The service disappointed me. Even though it wasn't full, we waited a long time before anyone took our order. The waitress, a tall woman with black hair, was very rude and seemed bothered that we were there. I hope the manager addresses this so future guests have a better experience.

The pizza is amazing, and dinner and breakfast are great too. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, though a two-bed room has very few power outlets: one by the bed, another near the entrance, and one in the bathroom. For skiing, the location is hard to beat. There’s a parking lot nearby, the hotel is at the bottom of the piste, and you can get your skipass right next to the hotel. From the ski room, it’s about a half-minute walk to the lift.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and have always been happy with it. The location is unbeatable, the rooms and food are great, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Parking and WiFi are free. I’ll gladly come back again.
