The lovely garden was a peaceful place to come back to after exploring, and Ulivo Residence was spotless throughout. Alessandro welcomed us warmly and made everything easy, even with our late arrival and early departure. He was flexible, available for questions, and happy to share recommendations. Our accommodation felt comfortable and hygienic, and the location gave us a nice mix of convenience and quiet. The secure, spacious parking was reassuring, and our little boy felt safe and welcome in the child-friendly surroundings. The place was well cared for and clearly organized with attention to detail. There’s a well-equipped grill area for barbecues, though we didn’t have time to use it. Having several washing machines available was also a pleasant surprise and made it easy to freshen up our clothes. We felt we got very good value for the price, especially given the accommodation and the thoughtful hospitality. Ulivo was a comfortable, clean place to stay, and Alessandro helped make the experience memorable. Thank you!

The Carta brothers were wonderful hosts during our two weeks at L'Ulivo this September. They were very kind and did their best to meet our needs. The house was clean, comfortable, and practical, with greenery all around, and its location near some of the most beautiful beaches was excellent. After a bad stay at a property in San Teodoro last year, this was a very pleasant change. We’ll definitely come back. Thank you!

The house was lovely, spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Even the shared washing machines were extremely clean. This was our second year in a row at this green, family-run residence, and we’ve just come back from 15 wonderful days. There’s a play area for little ones, animals around, and a shared BBQ. After a day at those beautiful beaches, stopping at the “MIRTO” corner is a must. The hosts join you there and offer their own homemade mirto. It’s a magical family place where you arrive and don’t want to leave. The owners are warm, welcoming, funny, and always ready to help. They also suggest lovely places to visit, including beaches and coves. If you need something for the sea, just ask and they’ll provide it. A special thank you to Alessandro, Giampietro, and the whole “Residence ulivo” family.
