The beach and sea were beautiful, and our room was comfortable and very clean. Everyone on staff was friendly and happy to help. Sonia and Giulia deserve a special mention for always greeting us so warmly and being so hospitable and helpful. Such a lovely place, and one I’d happily recommend.

The people here made the stay especially memorable. Everyone we met was professional, polite, well presented, and spoke impeccable English. The concierge was a great help with dinner reservations and arranging experiences. The setting was lovely too, with an ideal location, a beautiful pool overlooking the sea, and a stunning restaurant. Breakfast had a delicious range of choices. This is one of the most incredible hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world.

It was my second stay at Atlantis Bay Taormina, and I had to bring my family back with me. We all fell in love with the hotel, and we’ll definitely return. The pool area is gorgeous, with plenty of sunbeds, and there’s a beach just below. Our rooms were beautiful and comfortable, with balconies looking out over the bay. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff couldn’t do enough for my family. Thanks to manager Melissa for making our visit so enjoyable. One of my favourite hotels in Europe!

Our trip was essentially cancelled after unexpected travel circumstances, which were no fault of the resort. The customer care team understood how disappointed we were and went out of their way to work out a happy outcome, so our family could have a successful and pleasant visit in the future. That genuine concern for their visitors says a lot. While we were planning the trip, the concierge and customer care teams also communicated brilliantly and showed real hospitality. The people here are top notch, and their care and management really stood out to me.
