The shared kitchen on the 4th floor is a little small but works perfectly well for making breakfast or a quick dinner. It opens straight onto a sunny rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon or evening. Communication with the manager was easy and informal, and he gave us useful tips for enjoying this charming town. This is a lovely guesthouse right in the heart of Taormina. One flight of stairs takes you to the pedestrian zone, while the rooms stay remarkably quiet. The furnishings have everything you could want, and the rooms and bathrooms are very well maintained. Highly recommended!

Breakfast and aperitifs on the terrace came with a gorgeous view of the ancient Greek theater, a real highlight of our trip. Casa Mideterraneo is right in the old town, close to bars and restaurants, and our stylish, tidy room felt cozy. I really enjoyed staying here. It made for the most beautiful vacation in Sicily. Thank you!

There are three rooms across three levels, each with its own bathroom and a terrace facing the historic center, Greek theater, and Mount Etna. Casa Mideterraneo is a lovely Mediterranean-style place tucked on a side street off Corso Umberto I, right in the heart of Taormina. Highly recommended.

Everything was very nice. The place is right in the middle of Taormina, and Mr. Giovanni was very kind. Given the location and the time of year, the price felt fair.
