The view from the room and balcony was great, and the night-shift guy was a really cool person. But service and maintenance felt poor for a four-star hotel. Breakfast was very limited, with just one person trying to handle everything. It feels like the hotel relies on its location to draw visitors, but it needs updating to be worth the price and the four stars it claims.

The balcony had a nice sea view, and the hotel is close to Porta Catania. The decor is attractive and the staff were helpful, though upkeep was only fair. For a place listed as four stars, the room felt small and old, with no water glass or kettle. Parking cost an extra €15.

We had a very bad experience here. This doesn't feel like a four-star hotel, and you can find much better accommodation for the same price.
