Isola Bella Infinity Suites

The hotel and staff were wonderful, and this was my best experience so far. He was so attentive and kind, sending us taxi details and nearby restaurant suggestions. I can't thank him enough for all the help. It made for the best birthday experience 💕💕

The pool and spa area were really relaxing and well cared for, and the views were beautiful. Our room had spectacular outlooks, cooking equipment, and there was a washing machine on site. We also got a lovely welcome pack, and Alessandra was extremely helpful. The setting is beautiful but felt isolated to us. The town and beaches are more than 20 minutes away, so you'll need a car or taxi, which can get expensive. There aren't restaurants or mini marts nearby, and we hadn't expected the mosquitoes. Just so future guests know, the place isn't serviced daily. A shuttle into town two or three times a day would help.

Alessandra and Rudy were a big help during our stay, arranging taxis and reservations. The room was in great condition and had everything we needed, from wine glasses to a dishwasher. We hadn't expected the website view to match exactly, but it really did, and it was amazing. The town and beach are both a good 20-plus-minute walk away, and mosquitoes were an unexpected nuisance, so you'll need a taxi. Even so, this is one of the best resorts I've stayed at, and I'd strongly recommend it to anyone holidaying in the area.

Paolo, the site manager, was excellent and kept communication and information clear before the trip, at check-in, and throughout the stay. We had an easy time finding taxis, so getting around without a car was simple. We stayed four days in the Sunset suite, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom room with amazing sea views. The suites are about 1.25 miles from the city center and roughly the same distance from the beach. Walking there made for a nice bit of exercise. We visited at the end of November; the weather was nice, though the water was chilly, as expected.
