Medousa Suites

Carmen brought so much fun to our days with her sharp, sarcastic humor and cheeky banter. She was warm too, and it felt like staying with an old friend. The lodging was stylish, and the location is hard to beat, just steps from the main attractions, cafés, shops, and those charming Sicilian streets. We loved our stay at Médousa Bistrot & Suites and highly recommend it if you want a bit of laughter along with your time in Taormina.

Carmen deserves a special thank you, she’s a star, and all the staff were so friendly. Our spacious, beautifully designed room was really clean. We could see Mount Etna from both the breakfast terrace and our balcony. It was a lovely addition to our amazing time in Taormina.

Dinner at the Bistrot was delicious, with warm, attentive service and a stunning, cosy setting that felt private. Only after dinner did we realize we were right in the middle of the Taormina action. At the hotel, we were welcomed warmly too. Our room had lovely wood floors with inset tiles, a beautiful bathroom, and outdoor seating with a view of Mt. Etna. It was chic and came with robes, slippers, high-end toiletries, and a Smeg coffee machine for fresh-ground coffee. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We loved every moment at Médousa and highly recommend it.

Carmen’s humor and energy gave our stay an extra spark and had us smiling each day. The place is right in the heart of Taormina, while still peaceful enough to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Our room was thoughtfully designed, stylish and comfortable, and made us feel at home. Waking up each morning to those breathtaking Mount Etna views was magical. Médousa Bistrot & Suites was an unforgettable stay, highly recommended.
