The view was great, though the photos made it look better than it was. We stayed two nights, and the staff were friendly but not especially attentive. The room felt a little old and dark, the bathroom was just okay, and sometimes there was no hot water in the shower. Breakfast was very basic and not especially healthy. The walls are thin enough that you hear everything next door. The stay fell below expectations.

The road up to the guest house can be tricky if you're not used to driving in Italy, but there's parking where you can leave the car safely. It's a very quiet place with just six rooms, and local taxis can be booked at reception. The views across the bay and towards Taormina are amazing. The property was immaculate, Simone and Ciro went out of their way to help us, and breakfast was superb, with lunch available too. We'd highly recommend it. We loved breakfast, sitting out on the terrace, and having a swim in the pool. Our room was lovely, with great views from its elevated position, and the hosts were wonderful, friendly, and helpful.

Getting back up from Giardina Naxos means a steep, winding road that can get narrow, especially challenging for some people in the dark. Still, we really enjoyed this quiet spot away from the busy tourist center. The rooms were nice with wonderful sea views, the staff were very friendly, and breakfast was perfect. After a busy day, the pool and its sea outlook were a treat.

Our room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious, with enough amenities, and the views were perfect. The one issue was that there was no hot water for a shower in the mornings. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.
