Hotel Villa Carlotta

We felt at home in the villa, which has been redecorated beautifully. It was stylish and gorgeous, with so much care in the small details, the amenities, and the reception. The room was spotless. Reception were incredibly friendly and always available on WhatsApp. We made memories here that we'll keep for a long time, and honestly didn't want to leave. GRAZIE!!!

What I remember most is how personal the welcome felt. Villa Carlotta has a refined atmosphere, but it still feels human and warm, almost like being welcomed into a family in the heart of Taormina. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. Our room was elegant and beautifully kept, the service was flawless, and the view was breathtaking. It's the kind of place that stays with you after you've left.

The food was a highlight, from the fresh, delicious buffet breakfast with its beautiful dining view to a dinner that was perfectly presented and prepared. The bartender made wonderful drinks, and you can tell the chef is passionate. The whole team went out of their way to make us feel looked after. If you want good food and to be treated like royalty, Villa Carlotta is a great choice. Gratzie to everyone at the Carlotta!!

The pool was exactly what we wanted for this part of the trip. There was food and drink service all day, comfortable loungers, and staff ready to help with anything. When someone asked the pool bartender and host for spray for bug bites, he brought it over within a minute. The team also handled every request and question with such friendly, polite service, and can arrange things like beach club visits and dinner reservations. Our beach club choice even included a free shuttle. They gave us helpful information about where to go and what to do, and we were very glad to have them organize things. The junior suite on the third floor had the best sea views. I was surprised there wasn't a bidet in the bathroom. It's only a short walk to town or to the funivia for the beach. We met people who'd stayed here or at the sister property, and they were envious. It really does seem like the best hotel around. This is the nicest place I've ever stayed, and if I'm lucky enough to return to Taormina, I'd stay here again.
