The bathroom is outside, and if you happen to be eating breakfast, you can hear straining, flushing, and gurgling. The breakfast itself barely deserves the name, with the lowest quality food you could possibly buy. Don’t trust the nice website photos, they’re all fake. When we arrived, the place was squalid, with broken beds and no heating in winter. The manager or owner only seemed interested in getting our money and ignored our complaints. We left the next morning, on 31 December. Finding somewhere else at that time of year was a huge task, and we were lucky to manage it. The owner tried to get the full payment for the entire booking on 5-6 different occasions, without success. This person is a walking fraud, driven by greed. We were even accused of breaking furniture. Can you imagine a family travelling from the UK to Italy with a child and bringing hammers and tools in a suitcase? He called my 12-year-old son a thief over biscuits that were supposedly caught on video. My son never ate them, and we returned them from the UK to the pigsty they belonged in. They were probably given to the next guest, hope it wasn’t you. Good luck.
