The breakfast was simple but good, and the staff were very kind. The apartment had been renovated and was very clean. It's in an old, 13-story building, with three bedrooms. Our room faced the open area, while the shared living room had a view of the sea and, specifically, the canal and historic center. The central location is very good, at the start of the commercial market and close to the historic center. The listing said parking was available, but it turned out to be paid street parking. Check-in was listed as 16.30-19.30, which I found unacceptable. I asked for 15.00, and the kind lady said on the phone that 15.00 was okay, otherwise it would be 16.30. In my opinion, check-in shouldn't have these kinds of restrictions.

Patrizia and her staff made us feel cared for from the moment we arrived, and I clicked with her right away. We were also just steps from the city center in the Borgo district, so exploring on foot was easy. The common room is bright and roomy, with lovely orchids and a striking view of the blue Ionian Sea and the historic Aragonese Castle. Our room faced inward, which kept things quiet and made for a peaceful night's sleep. The place was spotless, comfortable, and welcoming, and breakfast had plenty for different diets. I had a lovely stay and will definitely return.

We spent four wonderful days in Taranto thanks to Daniela and her energetic team. The apartment is elegant and spacious, and even if some bedrooms face inward, the living room and breakfast room look out over palm trees, the sea, and the Aragonese Castle. The sunset view is beautiful. Housekeeping was meticulous, with fresh linens every day and plenty of amenities. Breakfast is laid out on a huge table with burl-wood inlays, and it was lovely to chat with other guests while Daniela brought her "Magna Graecia" touch to the hospitality. I hope to come back soon.

We only booked this beautiful place at the last minute for one night, and ended up feeling lucky to have found it. The owner was so kind and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious, and well equipped, and breakfast was really good. We could walk all around the historic center without needing any transport, with lots of places to eat nearby. We were completely satisfied and couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended!
