The hosts were pleasant, and the place was nice, comfortable, and in a quiet area. You can't control the A/C yourself, though it stayed comfortable. My bathroom did flood a bit when I drained the bath. I didn't tell the staff, so I can't say how they'd have handled it. Breakfast was nice, the juice they provided was delicious, and the WiFi was really good.

We spent one night in Taranto, and the hotel felt like a twilight-zone trip back to the late 70s. Communication was a drawback. We ordered two double coffees but got four single coffees. The night receptionist wouldn't let us go to sleep because the hotel was full, until we showed him our key and he realized we were staying there. In the morning, the receptionist insisted my credit card chip was broken and unusable. It took him a while to understand that they don't accept Amex...

Fine for a night in Taranto, especially with free parking and breakfast included. The breakfast isn't great, but there's enough to get the day started. The room felt old, though it was clean and warm in winter. The TV was tiny and looked straight out of the 1980s. Hotel rates in Taranto aren't very good, so keep that in mind.

A cheap hotel with parking, clean rooms, air conditioning and Wi-Fi, close to central Taranto. Dinner was good, breakfast less so. The whole place has a very retro feel, like stepping back into the 1970s.

The rooms were clean and the beds had been made. The pool was empty, though, and the lifts weren't working.
