There are lots of interesting itineraries to explore from here, and the sea is only 5 minutes away. We found perfect relaxation surrounded by greenery, with large, clean rooms, a superb breakfast and an excellent dinner. Roberta and Tommaso are exceptional! Highly recommended, and we’ll see you again soon 🤗

The owners are so kind and happy to accommodate every need, and the food is excellent, especially the generous breakfasts. We had a spacious, clean room and bathroom, with the sea very close by. It’s a peaceful place surrounded by greenery, with pets and the noisy ones on the lawn for company. GABRIELLA AND BEPPE.

Roberta and Tommaso gave us such a warm welcome, while still being kind and discreet. We had a fully relaxing weekend surrounded by nature and good food. The setting between the Etruscan city and the sea was the finishing touch. Congratulations, we’ll be back.

The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom is nice, and even in the height of summer they stay cool enough. The owners are friendly and very helpful. Outside, the well-kept lawn and all kinds of trees make it feel like a park, with tables scattered around where you can sit or relax in the shade. The location is handy for reaching the sea, though you’ll need a vehicle. You can eat at the agriturismo, and the food is good. Breakfast is good and plentiful too. A really wonderful experience, and I hope to return soon.
