Bed & Breakfast Le Terrazze del Chianti

We stayed in the La Pretoria room, which was very spacious and had its own bathroom. The accommodation had loads of character and vintage decor, and the balcony view was a highlight. Paulo was friendly, and I was impressed by the breakfast. They also have a very cute dog called Sarah, who escorted us to our room.

Breakfast had plenty to choose from, and the hosts made us feel so welcome. We loved the terrace looking out over the vineyards, it was breathtaking. The place has old-fashioned charm inside but still all the modern comforts, and the location right in Tuscany’s wine country is hard to beat. We’d happily come back.

The view of Tuscany from our romantic terrace was lovely, and the apartment itself felt cozy and clean. We especially enjoyed the wood stove in the room. Each morning the owner made a different cake for breakfast, which was wonderful. The owners were so kind and welcoming, always happy to talk and give us tips on what to see and where to go. You could feel how much care they put into everything. We’d love to return for another stay.

The location worked really well for us, with good restaurants, a local deli, and a charming neighborhood hangout just down the street. It was also convenient for trips to nearby cities. Mr. Paolo was incredibly accommodating, first picking us up after our driver took us to the wrong hotel, then helping when I mixed up our departure date. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and always clean and fresh. I loved the daily breakfast and Valeria’s fresh baked treats, though my husband would have preferred hot eggs.
