We were there in June 2025. Our house was fully equipped, and every room had air conditioning. It's worth knowing that some of the rooms are walk-through, as shown in the floor plan on the website. We rented the whole place for one family, though, so that wasn't an issue for us. The location was spot on, just a few steps from a rocky beach with sandy areas, and there were hardly any people there. Francesco was very friendly and always ready to help. Any problems we had were sorted out within a day. Definitely recommend!

The owners were really friendly and helpful, and bars, restaurants, and supermarkets are all within walking distance. My husband and I stayed here the first week of July. The apartment is beautiful, has all the comforts, and sits right on the seafront. I gave it five stars, though it deserves more.

We timed the walk to the seafront: 34 seconds!!! Inside, the house is just as nice, modern, and above all clean. Gallipoli and the other larger cities are easy to reach. We'll definitely come back!!

We were six and had plenty of room in this really comfortable house. It's spotless, very well equipped, and even prettier than in the photos. The location couldn't be better, the ocean view is wonderful, and Francesco's service was excellent. We highly recommend it!

Top, that's about all I can say. Or I could be lying, so don't rent it. We want to come back and don't want to find it already booked.
