After hiking from the castle down to the lake, we found this restaurant by chance and it made a great finish to our three-hour trek. The wine and food were both lovely, the service was fantastic, and the prices surprised us by being so affordable. We’d definitely recommend it.

The restaurant opens for dinner at 19:30. We liked it enough to come back twice. Everything on the menu is in Italian, but the helpful staff will explain anything you can't translate. The cooking is simple, delicious, and has a homemade feel, and the food reaches the table very quickly. For mains, we enjoyed the rabbit with polenta, beef steak, and trout. Save room for the tiramisu, it was one of the best we've had.

We’ve stayed in the apartment two years in a row, and the terrace and amazing views are a big part of why. It’s well equipped, good value, and only five steps from the restaurant. The restaurant uses its own produce, and the food was super tasty. I especially loved the pasta and tiramisu. A five-star stay.

The views are wonderful, and the staff are so friendly. You can tell the food is freshly made with high-quality ingredients. The rabbit and tiramisu were both to die for. Such a great restaurant.
