The beds were really uncomfortable, and noise from the bar downstairs carried straight into the rooms. Every few minutes there’d be a loud bang from the kitchens, enough to make me jump, even late in the evening at 10 pm. Everyone was very accommodating, but that didn’t make for a restful stay.

After we finally checked in, the receptionist went home, leaving us alone with nobody there if a problem came up. Before that, we waited more than an hour for the receptionist. There was a phone number written down, but nobody answered when we called. Only Italian was available. The furniture was cheap, and the soaps seemed watered down. We’re sure we won’t return. Never again.

The kitchen was dirty, and our room was cold, with a broken window and the worst bed you can imagine. There was a terrible smell from the toilets too. Even a hostel has better beds. If you’re thinking of staying or eating here, don’t go. It was our worst stay ever.

Breakfast service was poor. We were also charged extra for coffee during breakfast, without anyone telling us about the charge beforehand. Really disappointing.
