The kitchen and living room were the one genuinely pleasant part, and the small dishwasher worked well. We booked for four people and a cat, with a €35 pet fee that I find ridiculous. That amount wouldn't have covered any hypothetical damage, and my cat is better behaved than some people. Check-in was meant to be around lunchtime, but at the agency's request we arrived at about 3:30 PM. The cleaners were still in the apartment. Maybe they hadn't been told we were arriving on time, so it may not have been their fault, but cleaning staff are normally expected to finish and leave by noon. We waited another twenty minutes, with our cat having been on the road since 6:00 AM, and then had to finish the cleaning ourselves. Dishes and furniture were dirty, greasy, and covered in fingerprints. There was also an unpleasant smell. The online photos, taken with a wide-angle lens, made the interior look more spacious and welcoming. Some of the appliances were in a condition I'd rather not describe. I hope this feedback leads to better service, but first impressions matter, and I won't return or recommend the place.
