This was really unprofessional. We booked for a friend from 14/08 to 18/08, and the confirmation email asked us to send payment by 11/08. Then yesterday, 08/08, they wrote to say the room was no longer available because we hadn't paid yet. We objected because that wasn't what we'd agreed, and they said the room had already been sold on Booking.com. They suggested they might find somewhere else, but after this, who would trust them? Based on how this was handled, I can't recommend them.

The staff were excellent, and I'd recommend the place. It's a comfortable, well-kept option close to the center of Teramo, with parking that's easy to find. The rooms are cleaned daily, and there's a breakfast room where you can have breakfast provided by the property.
